Sleek Wings Terms of Service

Effective date: October 26, 2026

These terms apply to the Sleek Wings game ("the app") for Android, published by Realmbit, LLC ("we", "us"). By downloading or playing the app, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Your license to play

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the app on Android devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not:

• copy, modify, sell, rent or distribute the app, or create works based on it;
• reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the app, except where the law allows it despite this restriction;
• use cheats, bots, modified versions of the app or other tools to change how the game works or to post scores you didn't fairly earn;
• interfere with the app, its services or other players.

The app, including its code, artwork, sounds and the Sleek Wings name, belongs to Realmbit, LLC and its licensors. These terms don't give you any ownership of it.

Sleek Wings Premium

• Premium is an optional one-time purchase. It is processed by Google Play under the Google Play Terms of Service, and the price is shown in the app and on Google Play before you buy.
• Premium is tied to the Google account you bought it with. If you reinstall the app or move to a new device signed in to the same account, it is restored automatically.
• Refunds are handled by Google Play under its refund policy. You can ask for one through Google Play, or contact us and we'll help where we can.
• Premium adds modes, looks and other extras described in the app. It never adds points, lives or any advantage on the leaderboards, and every plane can be earned for free by playing.
• We may update what Premium includes. If we ever remove a main Premium feature you paid for, we'll offer a fair alternative or a refund where required by law.

Stars and other in-game items

Stars, planes, colors, trails and other in-game items are part of the game and are licensed to you, not sold. They have no cash value, can't be exchanged for money or anything outside the game, and can't be transferred to another player. They are saved on your device, so they can be lost if you uninstall the app or clear its data without a backup (Android's device backup, or the cloud save in Google Play Games).

Leaderboards, achievements and stats

• Leaderboards and achievements are provided by Google Play Games, under Google's terms. Other players can see your Play Games name and scores.
• Scores that appear to come from cheating or tampering may be removed, and the players responsible may be hidden from the leaderboards.
• The skill numbers in the app (such as reaction times, precision and corrections) are measurements of your play in this game only. They are for fun, are not scientific or medical measurements, and say nothing about abilities outside the game.

Play safely

• Tilt steering involves moving your phone. Play somewhere safe, keep a firm grip and be aware of your surroundings. Never play while driving, cycling or walking in traffic.
• Photosensitivity warning: the game has flashing lights, flickering effects and fast-moving patterns. A very small number of people may have seizures when exposed to them, even with no history of epilepsy. If you or anyone in your family has had seizures or epilepsy, talk to a doctor before playing. Stop playing right away if you feel dizzy, have blurred vision, eye or muscle twitches, or any discomfort.
• Take regular breaks.

Third-party services

The app uses services from other companies, such as Google Play and Google Play Games. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and policies, and we aren't responsible for them.

Changes and availability

We may update the app, add or remove features, or stop offering it. We may also update these terms; we'll change the effective date above, and for significant changes we'll tell players in the app or on its Google Play page. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Ending these terms

You can stop at any time by uninstalling the app. If you break these terms, your license to use the app ends. The sections on ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law continue to apply after that.

Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent allowed by law, we make no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose. Some places don't allow these exclusions, so they may not all apply to you.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Realmbit, LLC won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, game progress or in-game items, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim about the app is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim (if you never bought Premium, that is zero). Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under the laws of where you live.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Realmbit, LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you live in a country whose consumer laws give you more protection, those laws also apply.
